In these Terms and Conditions “we, our, us, Pawsonpets and Pawsonpets.sg” refers to Pawsonpets, Singapore (Registry of Company & Business number 202040898Z) and “you, user and your” refers to customers.
By using this Website, as a guest or registered user, you understand and agree to abide to our terms and conditions. You agree to not use www.pawsonpets.com (“the Website”) for illegal purposes. You agree to not compromise the safety of the Site by attempting to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.
You also agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
If you do not agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions, you should discontinue your use or access to this Site. You also warrant that you have the legal capacity to abide yourself to these Terms & Conditions.
All Products sold through www.pawsonpets.com (“the Website”) are subject to these Terms & Conditions set by us.
Pawsonpets reserves the right to amend its site and contents as and when it is deemed fit.
Account Creation
All Customers must be at least 18 years of age, all registration process must comply to Pawsonpets requirements as stated on the Website.
You are required to provide personal details while filling the registration for an account on the Site. Personal details such as name, mobile number and other information that is not publicly available.
You are required to provide us details that are current, true, accurate and complete about your e-mail address, contact number, billing address and delivery address.
Pawsonpets reserves the rights to terminate any accounts who falls under these conditions:
- Inaccurate personal information
- Accounts that is compromised
- Accounts used for illegal purposes
- Multiple accounts by an individual
If you are caught owning multiple accounts to reuse discount codes or vouchers, you will receive a warning and would be required to pay the amount misappropriated or face legal actions.
You agree to the use of your personal information for the purpose of Pawsonpets providing our Services to you. Use of personal information will be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
You may not transfer your account or login details to any other person.
PROHIBITIONS
You must not misuse the Site in a manner that may attract liability under the Computer Misuse Act (Cap 50A) and Cybersecurity Act 2018.
You agree to not copy, modify or distribute any contents of the Website without a written permission of Pawsonpets. You also agree to not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer of, sell, create derivative works from, or any form of exploiting contents and intellectual property found on this Site.
Registered users of the Website (“Members”) agree to not use the Site for these purposes:
- Communicating, transmitting and posting any content that violates the Intellectual Property, publicity or privacy right of another person or entity;
- Posting any information which is inaccurate, false or not your own;
- Conducting any acts that constitutes as a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or violates any law or regulation;
- Any attempts to compromise in any way with the Website or Pawsonpets’ network, or attempts to use the Site to gain unauthorised access to any other computer systems;
- Use of Site to drop ship merchandise to third parties; or framing portions of the Site within other website, Selling use of, or access to the Site to any third party without Pawsonpets’s written consent.
Vouchers & Discount codes
All vouchers or discount codes given to you for use on www.pawsonpets.com are subjected to the Terms and Conditions.
All vouchers and discount given are only for a single use unless stated otherwise.
All vouchers and discount codes given are not stackable, only one voucher or discount code is to be used per order.
Single use vouchers or discount codes that has been used multiple times by the same user or same household will be classed as fraudulent and considered invalid. Pawsonpets reserves the rights to decline service to any fraudulent parties that may attempt this.
Further actions may be taken against any offending party in forms of seeking restitution by legal means.
Vouchers or discount codes that is brand related, is only valid when purchasing the particular brand. (e.g. Zeal $10 vouchers or 10% discount codes) if purchases contain products from the particular brand then only would these vouchers or code be valid. Otherwise, it will be forfeited.
Security
Your account password must be created by you and it should be unique and well-secured.
You are in every way responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of the information you provided when registering for an account, including and without limitation of the password.
You agree to only limiting the access of your account to you, taking all measures to guarantee the confidentiality of the account password used for the Services.
Granted that the account can only be accessed by user, it is agreed that you will be responsible for any activities that may occur under that account. If you become aware or suspect any unauthorised use of your account, or known security breach such as uncovered password or theft of account information, you should notify us immediately.
You agree to reveal all information provided to all staff, agents, representatives of Pawsonpets, Service provides and contractors, including home delivery personnel, and consents to Pawsonpets use the information provided for the purposes of your use of the Services.
When you register for an account with us, you are asked to consent to receive e-mails marketing communications. If you give such consent, you may opt out (unsubscribe) at a later timing by clicking a link provided in any marketing e-mail.
Orders
You will receive an e-mail from us once your order has been confirmed, there will be a reference number to track your order. We will contact you with the contact number you have provided if we cannot process your order.
We will also contact you if a product is Out of Stock, to inform you about the expected waiting time if you wish for the exact product. However, we will also be glad to make alternative recommendations if you do not wish to wait for the “Out of Stock” product.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your purchase(s) to you within 2-4 business days. We will notify you if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date. But to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses if anything occur out of late delivery.
We will make all efforts to accommodate to you. Still, please note that we may not be able to deliver to some locations, we will inform you using the contact information provided to us and make the best arrangement, be it cancellation of the Order or an alternative delivery address.
Shipping and handling fees are included with your Purchase(s), unless stated otherwise. Please notify us (via sales@pawsonpets.com) for any loss or damage claims within 3 days of receiving the order. Exchanges are only accepted within 7 working days unless privately arranged with us. Pawsonpets reserve the rights to review and approve every exchange, return or refund case.
Delivery is free for orders S$60 and above. If your order falls below S$60, there will be a delivery charge calculated upon checkout.
Variation / Cancellation of Order
There will be no cancellation fees if you change or cancel your order before we process your order. However if you wish to change or cancel your order after we have processed your order, We will impose a cancellation fee for each order cancelled.
For Products on special time, flash sales and/or quantity limited promotions, any amendment of quantity ordered after submission of order is subject to stock and price availability.
Subject to your consent, Pawsonpets may substitute an ordered Product with another similar Product if the initial Product ordered by you is unavailable. Pawsonpets reserves the right to proceed with the remaining order or to cancel the order and adjust the final bill accordingly.
If there is no prior consent from you for a substitution, no substitution shall be made, and a credit adjustment for the unavailable Product will be made accordingly.
Pawsonpets reserves the right to not accept orders of any Product that may have been presented wrongly or inaccurately on the Website. You will be given an option to cancel or proceed with the amended order. The decision to honour any price discrepancy is solely at Pawsonpets discretion and its decision shall be final.
The prices reflected on the Website are subject to change at any time. However, the final cost of the Product(s) including all applicable delivery charges, taxes and duties will be shown before you confirm your order. Proceeding with the order constitute as an acknowledgment and acceptance of the final cost.
Replacement or subsequent deliveries will be made for any unavailable Product(s) on a case by case basis.
Exchange Policy
You are encouraged to check that all product in your order have arrived upon delivery as to avoid possible dispute. All products from Pawsonpets distribution centre have been checked for quality and quantity accuracy.
Subject to you making a report to Pawsonpets within 7 days of receiving the order, Pawsonpets will exchange the Product if:
- Inaccurate order
- The Product has manufacturing defects
All Products must be unopened for the exchange to be valid. This excludes manufacturing defects for sealed items. All sales items cannot be exchanged or returned. All exchanges must be returned unused in its original packaging and condition.
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original tax invoice as proof of purchase from Pawsonpets. All replacement of Products will be done at the premises of Pawsonpets. You can return or exchange the product to our office.
Pawsonpets reserves the right to collect Product(s) that was not part of the your order which was delivery to you by mistake. You will be obliged to return the Product(s).
Pawsonpets will not be further liable for any damage, loss or inconvenience of any form suffered whatsoever occur from any discrepancy.
Trademarks and Copyrights
Any and all material used at Pawsonpets are the property of the owners of Pawsonpets and respective staff. Any whole or partial duplication of any and all content on our Website should be redistributed, reused or modified without a written consent from Pawsonpets.
Any materials acquired from Pawsonpets or its related social media without consent will be charged under the law.
Pawsonpets will do our utmost to seek consent and credit any materials that we might use from the internet. If any of our materials are uncredited, please inform us by e-mail at sales@pawsonpets.com and we will amend the issue.
Others
By using www.pawsonpets.com, you agree to not hold Pawsonpets liable for any and all damages, injuries or expenses which may occur from using our website or using of any and all products sold on it.
